You begin seeing brief visions of people’s defenses.

When you cast this spell, and as a bonus action on subsequent turns, you can choose one creature you see within 30 feet of yourself and gain one of the following effects of your choice. The effect lasts until the end of your next turn.

• The next time you make an attack roll against the target, add 1d6 to the attack roll.

• If the target must make a saving throw against a spell you cast, they must subtract 1d6 from the saving throw.
