Description
A group of popular figures are invited to the 100th birthday party of Mallory Guilderoy, the head of a prestigious mercantile family. He often does not partake in social gatherings given how much his competition would love to see him dethroned, beleving he holds far to much power over the market. The birthday party gets dangerously theatrical when an attempt on Guilderoy's life is made. The group is framed and works to uncover the true murderers.

Bat Boy - A bat-turned-boy using Zephyr's Cuffs, used as a bargaining chip against Umbra Pacifant.
Sylas Mosswood - A gnome stage hand for the Nine Live's Traveling Theatre collective who is not gifted with the rest of the member's shapechanging abilities. Despite this, he is in on the troupe's schemes wholeheartedly and sort of "stans" Calico. He alsowants to be an actor like the rest but simply can NOT act.
Calisto Creng - An imposing dragonborn who wields two full-sized axes as if they were hand axes. He serves on Warlynn's ship, and is not the sharpest tool in the shed.

The party is framed for murder, but believe it to be the actors.
They can not locate the actors but believe them up to no good.
Session 2
Session 2
The party discovers a Maddening spell was placed on Guilderoy, and they help him.
They locate the actors who are posing as Guilderoy and a few guards.
They confront them and chase them to the theatre where they battle.
They defeat all but one actor, and Guilderoy rewards them.
Session 3

The party is escorted off the island by boat.
They are offered rewards for their silence about the happenings on the island while insinuating "consequences" if refused.
They arrive at a meeting with Guilderoy who is acting weird, and they discover it is Harissa posing as Guilderoy.
Dike reveals himself to be Calico, and that he killed Guilderoy.
Harissa saw this happen and stepped in as Guilderoy with the intent to steer his company in a more ethical direction.
Calico is defeated.

Conclusion
The party is returned home.
Umbra:
He sticks for Lyle for a while, unsure of where to go and what to do.
He ended up with the Mask Calico used.
He takes on the Bat Boy as a side kick.
Lyle:
Continues to pursue his craft
Likely helping Harissa transition into her role as Guilderoy.
Dike:
Trapped with the other half of the mask.
If saved, would likely search for the thought-extinct race, the Quasta.
Alalias:
Continues to pursue his craft.
Goes to search for Dike.
John Blue:
Tries to search for Dike.
Writes a paper on the events.
