Oxburgh

A small country town that was controlled by a group of tyrants, The Blind Eyes, is now freed. Their hero is Umbra Paciphant of the Silent Defenders. They praise her as their savior and have begun a yearly celebration in her name.

 During their first celebration of Umbra Paciphant, the Temple of the Silent Defenders was attacked by an unknown force, and in the process a hoard of horrible monsters was released on the temple.
